Liked our vegan NYE menu? You would think that after our cous cous, grilled aubergines, hijiki salad and coconut lentil curry, one would raise white flag and surrender. Yet, we can’t abandon this 2014 without a cake. Here is our traditional Italian Pandoro garnished with fruit and vegan ice cream. And the chef choreographer is Jeff!

Outside is a miserable weather: it rains and it’s cold. We are home, with our kittens, and we are happy that a difficult yet fulfilling year has gone. 2015 will be exciting: that’s a promise.
